Why should you detox?
Everyone needs to detox! Why you may ask and what in the world in detox? Our world is filled with toxins, its in the foods we eat (preservatives), the air we breath (pollution), the products we use (makeup, lotion, soap, etc). Stress even causes toxins. These things can add up in our fat cells and make them bigger! We have the same amount of fat cells now as we did when we were born they just get bigger! So what can we do?? We can detox them. This is pulling some of that "gunk" out. We can do this by using the Ultimate Body Applicator and drinking our greens. We also need to drink 8 glasses of water a day! The Ultimate Body Applicator from It Works Global is a site specific detox wrap. You can place the wrap anywhere on your body that you would like to target. You wear it for only 45 mins in the comfort of your own home, it can even be worn while sleeping. It continues to detox for 72 hours even after you take the wrap off! All you need to do is drink water to help flush out the toxins. Can't get any easier. It helps tighten, tone, and firm. It also helps with the appearance of cellulite, stretch marks and skin slackening. Try one today! Just click on my coupon to try it for only $25 or FREE if you host a party.

Stop Eating Like Your Still Pregnant
My son is 17 months old and I had a thought last night, I think I am still eating like I am pregnant or breast feeding. I stopped breast feeding when he was 11 months old. Lucky me I have a pretty good metabolism but I know that it will probably catch up with me if I don't stop. Could this be your problem? I have heard of some great free calorie counters online now and that is awesome. Counting calories is the way to go. But sometime we also need a little help so don't forget the awesome products at www.jennyswraps.com

Why we should detox
Check out this article on why we should detox. I am so glad I have It Works to help me get rid of dangerous substances in my body!
Our bodies try to protect us from dangerous substances by setting it aside, surrounding it with mucous and fat so that it will not cause an imbalance or trigger an immune response (some people carry up to 15 extra pounds of mucous that harbors this waste)

Awesome results!
Had a couple parties last night that went well. The side effects of The Ultimate Body Applicator are pretty amazing. Here is a great Fit Work recipe to try. It's thermogenic!
Baked Ziti
Ingredients
8 ounces whole-grain ziti
1 head cauliflower, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fresh basil, shredded (or 2 teaspoons dried)
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, preferably fire-roasted
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cook the ziti in a large saucepan according to the package directions. After draining, return ziti to the saucepan.
3. Meanwhile, toss the cauliflower, oil, salt and pepper together on a rimmed
baking sheet. Roast, stirring once, until golden brown and tender, about 20
minutes. Stir basil and tomatoes into cauliflower and bake 10 minutes longer.
4. Add the cauliflower mixture to the ziti and stir well. Divide the mixture
among four 4-ounce ramekins. Top each with a tablespoon of mozzarella. Bake until cheese browns and bubbles, about 5 minutes.
